SLEEP LIKE A LOG

 


Sleep is one of the most important things in life, because if you don't sleep the necessary hours you won't be active during the day.


The hours needed for a person's sleep should be eight to ten hours, but the majority of the people don't usually comply with that. Then these situations lead to some sleep disorders.


Nowadays, young people have more problems with sleep because we are all time connected to the internet and then instead of falling sleep, they keep entertaining themselves with the mobile phone, video games, etc. There are many sleep disorders caused by the internet like, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, etc. Only in Spain more than four millions of people have some sleep disorder.


We should sleep the necessary hours, to have a good health and not suffer from any disorder.
